Media Rights Agenda (MRA), has inducted the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) into its Freedom of Information (FOI) “Hall of Shame”, saying the institution’s sundry violations of the provisions of the FOI Act also amount to a breach of its primary mandate to make news and information available to the public. Governor Fayemi denies receiving N30bn from federal government
