While thanking the state government and the leadership of the  judiciary for the maturity displayed so far, the group however advised that there should exhibit the  spirit of give and take in the true sense of collective bargaining.

The GYABCM  commended the unrelenting efforts of the Chief of Staff to the state government, Edward Onoja and the state accountant general, Alhaji Jibril Momoh and other stakeholders for their  efforts in resolving the crisis.

They however hinted that the lingering impasse  is capable of undermining the gains recorded so far by the administration in the areas of security of lives and property, comprehensive healthcare service and all other infrastructural development going on across the state.
” The  governor as the father of the state must be willing to make some sacrifices, while the leadership of the judiciary must also be ready to make some concessions.
