General elections: Group petitions IGP, NSA over council administrators’ arms stockpile in kogi

A Socio cultural group in Yagba West LGA, Omo Ti Wa ni has called on the Acting Inspector General of Police National Security Adviser ( NSA) and other security agencies to place surveillance on Hon. Timi Joseph, Administrator, of Yagba West LGA accusing him of stockpiling arms in his Egbe residence ahead the Presidential and National Assembly elections.

The group in a petition to the IGP and NSA , and copied other sister security agencies alleged that the administrator is planning to unleash mayhem on the people of Yagba West LGA.

The socio political organization in their petition signed by Dicson Oyewole Malomo, said if not checked, the administrator is set to make the forthcoming elections violent.

According to the group the administrator is working on the instruction of the state governor, has warned that he would ensure that Yagba West is won by the APC.

The group equally copied the Chairman Yagba west traditional council informing him of the stockpiling of arms by the Administrator, urged the Elegbe of Egbe to please intervene to forestall a break down of law and other.

The Administrator who is alleged to have imported thugs into Egbe ahead the election could not be reached for comment as he was said to be in Lokoja while his phone was also switched off.
